Refund Policy

ADA payments are final once verified on-chain, with one exception: you can request a pro-rated refund within 7 days of your first payment.

Use the contact form on the home page and include your email and transaction hash.

• Refunds are paid in ADA to the address that sent the payment.
• Refunds are pro-rated by the unused time on your current period.
• Network fees are not refunded.
• The refund is the ADA amount you paid, not a USD value.

If you sent the wrong amount or the wrong token, contact us with the transaction hash and we'll work it out case by case.

Later payments (renewals) are not refundable. Nothing renews automatically, so you can simply not renew.
